Upon full payment, final deliverables and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, unless explicitly restricted by the client.
5. Revisions and Modifications
Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as per the agreement.
Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Significant scope changes may require renegotiation of terms and pricing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Provide timely feedback and necessary assets (e.g., content, brand guidelines).
Ensure that all materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss of business, profits, or damages arising from the use of our designs.
We do not guarantee specific results from our branding or design services.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

We reserve the right to terminate a project or service if the client breaches these Terms or engages in unlawful or unethical behavior.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law.
